Course Purchases
We offer a 7-day refund window for course purchases under specific conditions.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- You have completed less than 20% of the course content.
- The course content is significantly different from what was described.
- Technical issues prevented you from accessing the course and we could not resolve them.
Refunds are NOT issued if:
- You have completed more than 20% of the course.
- More than 7 days have passed since purchase.
- You simply changed your mind after accessing the content.
- You purchased the wrong course (please verify before paying).
Freelancer Hires
- Refunds for freelancer hires are handled case-by-case.
- If a freelancer fails to deliver the agreed work, contact us within 48 hours of the deadline.
- We will mediate and issue a refund if the freelancer is found at fault.
- Partial refunds may be issued for partially completed work.
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 business days back to your original payment method (Telebirr, MTN, CBE, etc.).

- Include your name, email, course/service name, and reason for refund.
- Attach your payment screenshot as proof of purchase.
- Our team will respond within 24 hours.
